WordPress 6.0 or newer, WooCommerce 8.0 or newer on the hub and every connected store, and PHP 7.4 through 8.3. Any standard WooCommerce-capable host will work — there's no special server requirement.

Do I install it on every store, or just one?

Install it on your hub store — the main WooCommerce site you want to manage everything from. Connected child stores need a lightweight connector installed so they can receive synced data and send orders back; Multisite sub-sites don't need a separate install at all.

How long does setup take?

Most stores are connected and running their first sync within 10–15 minutes: install, connect a store, tick a few products, save.

What exactly gets synced?

Titles, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, tax class, stock, dimensions and shipping classes, plus full variation and attribute data, featured images and galleries, and category/tag hierarchies.

Is sync push-to-all, or can I choose stores per product?

You choose. Tick the stores a product belongs to on its edit screen, or manage many products against many stores at once in the network sync matrix.

Does editing a product slow down my site while it syncs?

Accepted Answer

No. Saving a product queues a background job; the sync itself runs asynchronously with automatic retries, so your admin screen and storefront checkout are never blocked waiting on other stores.

What happens if a sync job fails?

It retries automatically with backoff. The sync log shows which items failed and why, and you can manually retry a single item without re-running the whole batch.

Can stock stay in sync across stores in real time?

Yes — a sale on one store updates shared stock levels on every store that product is targeted to, reducing the risk of overselling shared inventory.

Where do orders from child stores show up?
